CrossFit DPL

At Back to Back we run an open format without set class times. This is in no way “open gym” where you can come in and do your own thing. It simply means that we’ve worked out a system where you can arrive at any time, get started, and join a small group for a workout. It requires some independence on your part but it allows us to keep our groups small for a high level of personal attention. It has the added benefit for you in that you will never be “too late” or miss your class.
