This 8-week yoga series is a flow AND core-focused yoga class. Each class is 60-minutes long and begins with the slow and steady yoga basics. By the end of the 8th week, the series motions will speed up to match breathing to find your flow

Where: Back to Back Chiropractic, in the gym (back entrance)

When: January 12th - March 2nd, every Friday evening @ 5:45 pm 

Cost: 8 classes for $80.00

Saturday Yoga Drop In Now Available

Where: Back to Back Chiropractic, in the gym (back entrance)

When: Saturday mornings 8am - 9am

What: This gentle yoga, with gentle flows is perfect for beginners or for people who have been practicing for years. Stretch and strengthen your body and calm the mind.

Join us Each Month for our Yogassage Classes


During these 1.5 hour experiences, you will be led through a restorative yoga class. While resting the poses with support of additional props you will receive therapeutic touch, gentle massage, and reflexology! Near the end of the class you will be guided through a toga nidra (aka. yogie sleep), a very restful meditation.

This wonderful yoga class is run by Shantelle, Samantha, and Karena.
